Commencement of Services
Services will commence only after payment has been successfully received. Any payment made constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Services
The scope, details, duration, and nature of services shall be determined on a case-by-case basis as mutually agreed between the Service Provider and the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to, website design, website development, website maintenance, and any other services agreed upon in writing.
Termination of Services
Services shall be deemed completed upon fulfillment of the agreed scope of work or upon expiration of the agreed service period.
Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
