Regular page vs template page
A regular page is designed once for a fixed purpose. Its layout is built for that page's content - your homepage and about page don't share a layout.
A template page is designed once and used for every page of the same type. We design one blog post layout; every article you publish slots into it. Publish 100 posts, it's still one template, and you never pay for a new design when you add content.

If you offer 3+ services
Cramming many services onto one page hurts readability and SEO. We recommend replacing the single Services page with:
- Services list (regular) - every service at a glance, each linking to its own page.
- Service detail (template) - one layout for every service page: description, pricing, process, FAQ, call to action.
Each service then gets its own URL and can rank for its own keyword, ad clicks land on a page about exactly that service, and adding a service later needs no new design.
