How white-label works with us
- Your brand, not ours - no Firework credits, footer links or logos anywhere on the site or in the code.
- You own the client relationship - we talk to you, not your client. Joining your calls as part of your team is fine if you want that.
- NDA on request - happy to sign yours before we see the brief.
- You own the code - handed over in full, deployed to your hosting or your client's. No lock-in.
- One developer, start to finish - you work directly with James, who builds the site. No account managers.
Process
- Brief - send the design files, sitemap and any content. We ask questions and flag gaps early.
- Quote - fixed scope, timeline and price in writing, usually within 24 hours.
- Build - staging link for you to review. 2 rounds of revisions included.
- Launch - we deploy to your hosting or hand over the files. Analytics and Search Console set up if you want them.
- Support - optional ongoing hosting, maintenance and edits, billed to you.
Pricing
Every project is quoted individually, at trade rates so you have room for your margin. Fixed fee for small builds, usually 50% deposit / 50% on delivery for larger ones. Recurring work (hosting, edits) is billed to you monthly. We accept wire transfer, Thai bank transfer and credit card.
FAQ
Will my client know you built the site?
No. We don't sign, credit or link to ourselves anywhere, and we don't contact your client unless you ask us to.
Do you design too, or only develop?
Both. Most agencies send finished designs, but we can design from your brand guidelines if you need it.
Do you work across timezones?
Yes. We're based in Chiang Mai, Thailand and work with agencies worldwide, in their timezones.
How long does a build take?
1-2 weeks for a single page, 2-4 weeks for a multi-page business site. Bigger projects get a timeline in the quote.
Static or WordPress?
